Michael is married with four children and lives in Kitchener. He was born and raised in Toronto and moved to the Region in 1985.

Michael is a graduate of Humber College, Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. He has received training in Mediation from the University of Toronto and Ohio State University.

Michael has taught law courses at Conestoga College and for the C.G.A. Program.

Michael is a member of:

Michael’s practice includes Family Law, Wills and Estates and Appeals. He has acted in all levels of Court including the Court of Appeals for Ontario.

Schedule of Fees

• Hourly Rates (disbursements are extra) - $275.00 per hour
• Basic Will - $175.00
• Power of Attorney (each) - $75.00
• Basic Will & Power of Attorney - $300.00
• Husband & Wife Basic Will and Power of Attorney - $550.00
• Commission Document - $25.00
• Notarize Document - $75.00

G.S.T. is applicable to all services provided and is in addtion to the stated rates.

Rates are subject to change. (Effective February 25, 2008.)
