Karen R. Cunningham, a lawyer and notary public with over 13 years of legal experience.

Ms. Cunningham received an Honours Degree in Political Science from McMaster University in 1991 graduating summa cum laude with first class standing. She obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994.

After graduation, Ms. Cunningham completed her articles with one of Ontario's oldest and distinguished law firms, Chappell Bushell Stewart. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1996. In 1997 she launched her law firm.

Today, Ms. Cunningham is the senior lawyer at CMAA Professional Corporation, a firm practising primarily in the areas of family law, real estate, corporate-commercial law and wills and estate administration.

Ms. Cunningham is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and has appeared in the lower courts of Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, and at the appeal level.

Ms. Cunningham is a radio personality having appeared on CHSC 1220 am and CHRY discussing various topics and legal issues of the day.

Ms. Cunningham volunteers as a tutor and mentor to the youth, and is a supporter of organizations dedicated to empowering youths, the poor, and the less fortunate in society.
